  • Do we need to buy a building lot before talking to you?

    No! We can help you find the perfect lot for your home. In most cases, the cost of the lot and the home can be combined into a single contract, reducing your down payment and simplifying the loan process.

  • Do we need financing before talking to you?

    Not at all! We can assist you in securing financing at the best rates available on the market.

  • How long does it take to build a home?

    Depending on the plan and location, most homes are completed within 6 to 7 months from the day we break ground.

  • Do we need a floor plan, or will you help us?

    You can choose from one of our existing plans and customize it to your vision. Or, you can work directly with our architect to design a completely unique, custom home.

  • What kind of warranty comes with a new home?

    Every home comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty from NWCH, plus a 2-year coverage and a 10-year structural warranty from our partners at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

  • What selections can we make to personalize our new home?

    You can choose finishes inside and out, appliance and flooring colors, cabinet and countertop styles, plumbing fixtures, tile, skylights, fireplaces, custom decks, and more. Some items have allowances, giving you the flexibility to select within the budget or upgrade if you like.

  • What if we already own our lot but it’s not fully paid?

    No problem! In most cases, the down payment and principal you’ve already paid toward your lot can be applied to your new home’s down payment.

  • If we want to build a home, what should we do first?

    It’s simple! Just give NWCH a call, and we’ll guide you every step of the way!
